Unrest and Unruly [TAG: ABE]

Emi loved weddings. A dreamy sigh escaped the smile that curved across her lips, a hopeless romantic twinkle in her dark green eyes.  It was all so romantic. She could only picture one day being the bride while being whisked away by her future dream husband, whoever that was.  For now, Emi was focused on the wedding cake that she had in her little hands, one that this uninvited, petite guest helped herself to a slice of as soon as they passed out the plates. Of course she waited until then! She wasn't a complete wedding crasher! She just wanted a slice of cake, thank you very much!

Of course, the people at the wedding were were none so pleased. "If it makes you feel better, it was an emotional wedding!" She shouted back at them, "Even the cake was in tiers! HAHAHA!" After cracking up at her own joke, she instantly took off running with her plate of cake in her hands.  With a parkour sprint over a few crates and over a gate, she finally stopped running and walked among a group of people, using her petite size to her advantage. "Hey there! Thanks for waiting for me! I just had to try this cake!" She commented casually to the group of people, acting as if she had known them before. Emi didn't mind the faces that they wore in response, focusing instead on taking a bit of the cake slice while she walked. "Mm..good cake!" She muffled happily with a mouth full of cake. It was beyond good, but Emi was in her happy place while munching on the wedding cake, so she couldn't come up with better adjectives at the moment.

As soon as she finished her slice, Emi glanced around the park with admiration in her smile until she saw someone laying on the grass, turning red from the amount of time sunbathing. Oof. What's worse, the way that the guy seemed to lay so still, it was almost as if he were sleeping, which wouldn't make things better if he was. Curious, Emi silently departed from the group and quietly approached the man, blinking her eyes with a parting of her lips upon realizing that he was indeed asleep! Oh, this was only going to make that sunburn even worse the longer he'd stay asleep.  Someone should do something about that!

"Hm.." Emi narrowed her mint green eyebrows with a clever smile tilting the ends of her lips, then whipped out a black pen from her pocket. It was the one thing that she took with her from the circus. Not just any pen. It's the fabric marker pen she last used to write happy faces underneath Pom-Pom's projects for him to spot whenever he was too focused on his projects. She had kept it in her pocket this entire time, and now it was anxiously wanting to be used.

Honestly, the rogue could have easily taken this moment to steal from this person, but she was a different kind of thief. With that, she knelt down beside the man and lightly drew a happy face on the ends of his face, then a long mustache underneath his nose that practically looked like it belonged to a lobster. It was indeed a happy lobster. Of course she couldn't just leave without him realizing! Where was the fun in that?!

Emi instantly stood up and gasped really loudly in hopes that he would wake up. "Oh no! It's actually not a red lobster! Quick! The seafood industry is coming for you! I MUSTACHE you to leave, good sir! PFFT! HAHAHA!" Emi burst into laughter at her own joke, ready to set her laughing magic onto him if he were to awaken and get mad after he'd wise up to what was going on. She wouldn't see why he would be mad though. She was helping him not get sun anymore! Anything to help the community.

The moment the happy, sleeping lobster stirred, Emi's green orbs widened with an expression full of mischievous curiosity, which quickly turned a widened smile of delight upon seeing the happy lobster standing up to his fullest height, now evolving into a towering large, shirtless red lobster. Not only was he handsome with a height that only made her feel compelled to jump on his back when he wasn't looking to climb her way onto his shoulders for a piggy back ride, but the growl that he gave off only appealed to her all the more. That angry frown on his lips beneath his drawn on mustache was so contraire to the happy face that she also drew at the ends of his lips, Emi couldn't help but laugh. "PFFT! YEAH! Don't you?!" The petite girl covered her mouth with a gloved hand as she burst into laughter.

Not wanting to leave anything to chance, Emi instantly unleashed her spell of incapacitated laughter, hoping the spell would work for him to agree by laughing along with her while she then began to crack some more teasing jokes. Oh, she could only imagine how his laughter would be like! It was time to see it for herself!  

As the magic of the laughing spell hopefully would take effect, the green-haired arcane trickster continued with her playful teasing. "You know, I could've let you "cook" a little more.." She mused with a smile of fascination at how red his shirtless body looked, reminding him of how generous she was for even waking him up sooner before he'd sunburn all the more. "..but who could resist a handsome frustacean like you?!" Emi teased him with a playful grin, failing to hide the laughter that she tried to stifle with a bit of her lower lip, "Not me!"

"Hm.." The petite rogue in orange and black sighed wistfully up at this dreamy red lobster, "Funny, I wasn't really into lobsters until today..You're a catch!" Emi remarked with a smile, tossing him a wink up at his direction. Emi, of course, wasn’t really seriously askimg him on a date, fully expecting rejection. She just wanted to get that reaction out of him.

It was as if the more the red, sunburnt man with the drawn-on happy face and lobster mustache fumed and huffed, the more it made the mischievous grin spread across her lips. The reaction practically fueled her to desire to see what he'd do. Just what exactly was he going to do with so much anger? Emi couldn't help but poke and prod at this giant lobster, far too dangerously eager to find out.  

"Ah come on, where's your sense of humor?!" The thief grinned with a laugh. "All I wanted was to put a smile on your face!" She defended herself with a smile, playfully remarking on the fact that she literally drew a smile on his face.

As soon as the laughing spell thankfully worked, Emi brightened up even more considering. One person even passed by, noticed the happy face spell on drawn at the ends of his lips, and couldn't help but smile up at the towering lobster, even producing a chuckle upon hearing the person's laughter.  Already the smiles and laughter were spreading ."Now that's more like it!" She chirped with a giggle upon hearing his laughter forced out of it. To answer the previous question as to what he was going to do with all of this anger, Emi gave him an answer: Turn it into laughter, of course!

“What did you do to me, you witch?”

Then the guy went and insulted the former clown by calling her a witch. If she was even thinking of apologizing and helping him out, now he was going to have to wait a while before that would happen. Now, it was personal. "Pfft! A witch! HAHAHA!” Emi laughed and placed a hand on her chin in mock pensiveness as she eyed the intricate details of the black tattoos he wore upon his red, sun burnt skin. A glint in her dark green eyes yielded a competitive, mischievous smile curving along the ends of her face.  “Hm..You sure are hot when you're angry..” Emi couldn't help but narrow her eyebrows with a teasing smirk before she uttered a laugh, once more not being able to resist another sunburnt joke on the poor towering lobster before her. “But I like hearing the way you laugh,” She bit her lower lip, smiling in amusement. So enticed was she about the dangerous game of prodding the angry, giant lobster. “So why not make this a running gag?” Emi smirked, instantly swiping the shirt on the grassy floor. "If you want it," She chanted with an immature shake of the shirt bunched up in her hand as if to entice him to grab it, "just try and catch me!"  Emi comically jumped up and slammed the plate of her frosted cake remains at his face before she suddenly bolted, not wanting to risk when the laughing spell would end and making a run for it before she'd find out.  

After doing a cartwheel on top of the bench to jump over it, Emi glanced behind her to see if the giant lobster was keeping up and suddenly realized how fast he was! The thief cut a corner and ran for the streets of the city, hoping to be able to lose him with a little parkour. She had to get him to slow down just a bit though. A sigh escaped the smile on her lips as she pulled something out of her pockets while running. "You anger a wild lobster, and everyone loses their marbles...Hahaha!" With that, Emi suddenly droppedhandfuls of marbles from her pocket, taken from her Hammerspace pocket dimension, hoping that it would make him slip or at the very least slow down to tread carefully around. Emi quickly jumped onto barrels and then jumped onto a flag pole that was attached to a building, using it to swing herself up onto the roof of a small building.

The thief that took off running from the giant red lobster wasn't paying attention to him all too much as she focused on landing the parkour tricks over the buildings; she was gravely underestimating that, of all the people she had to mess with, it happened to be a giant, magical rock lobster. "Ah! Shit! Shit!" It was only when she felt the rock bullets peppering onto her body at high speeds, enough for to feel bruises and a few of them to actually be lodged onto her skin. The sharp pain caused her to react quickly enough to shove the shirt into her hammerspace pocket dimension before she tuck and rolled to avoid the other rock bullets, rolling over to the side and then using her hands to make a handstand on the ledge. After front flipping off the building, she caught a higher ledge of a taller building and used her strength to pull herself up. "Ahhah.." Emi laughed wincingly as she felt the stone bullets wedged in her thighs while pulling herself up on the higher building, "Fucking...rock lobster." Unfortunately, the thief had no time to tend to her wounds at the moment; she'd have to take the bullet sized rocks out later, her survival mode was engaged from the irresistible danger she was now facing. The adrenaline rush at this sense of danger helped; it allowed the pain to subside for now.

"Ya got me real good, pal!" With the back of her hand pressed onto her forehead dramatically, the greenette took a step forward off the building and fearlessly fell from the incredible height straight down. It was in these death-defying moments as she fell through the dead air, which raised the seafoam hair beneath her orange bandana, that Emi truly felt like she was back home, back at the circus. No one would realize that the comedic mage's hands were actually doing a particular movement, summoning a large anvil right above the ledge from which she fell. It was only when she tucked and rolled just as she was about to hit the roof of a smaller building that she'd send the anvil falling as soon as the large lobster's head would come into view from down below. He wanted to hit her with rock bullets, then she was keen on fighting fire with fire - or rock with rock? Although she was pretty sure anvils were made of steel and probably not equal to rock, but whatever, it was equal enough in her book as far as the arcane rogue's capabilities were concerned. "How's this for irony? Ahahah!" Emi wore an eager, mischevious grin as she watched for the rock lobster to hopefully appear at the ledge, caring not if the anvil falling on him would cause the man any harm. She didn't even care to consider the likelihood if whether such a sudden move would cause him to tumble off the building. What did she care if he didn't care about her? Even a dark corner of her mind idly wondered if his fall off a building would sound much louder than someone of average size. It seemed likely that the strong, giant lobster could toughen out the damage though. With any hope, it would at the very least slow him down. If that wasn't going to be enough to slow him down, then she'd have to resort to other measures.
